With more than 18 years of experience, I’ve helped clients think through the decisions that sit underneath their tax return: how to structure a property, whether an SMSF is right for the next stage, or what to do with extra income from a growing career or business.
My own property journey spans more than two decades and includes building and managing a multi-property portfolio. That experience has given me first-hand insight into the research, due diligence, financing, tax considerations, negotiation and long-term thinking behind a property purchase. I bring that practical experience to my work with clients, helping them assess opportunities, challenge assumptions and make clearer decisions with a better understanding of the numbers and risks.
