What the Initial Review includes, and what needs a separate engagement.
The proposed fee is $1,650 including GST for a focused Initial Review, a consultation and your property strategy roadmap. Exact scope, timing, payment and cancellation arrangements must be confirmed in the engagement before work begins.
Detailed modelling, legal documents, property valuation, credit assistance, financial product advice, buyer advocacy and implementation are not included in the review fee.
